Meet Our Team

Dr. Mike has been practicing veterinary medicine for over 30 years. A graduate of Michigan State University, he’s passionate about providing compassionate care and has special interests in ultrasound, surgical laser procedures, and minor oral surgery.

Outside the clinic, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Stacey, and their three boys. You’ll often find him fishing, kayaking, or playing just about any sport.

With 20 years of experience, Dr. Rachel brings a special interest in internal medicine and senior pet care to the Cross Veterinary Clinic team. She graduated from Michigan State University (Go Green!) and cherishes the bond between people and their pets.

When she’s not at work, she spends time with her two kids, usually at the soccer field, or enjoys the outdoors with her three dogs and two cats.

Danielle has been a licensed veterinary technician for 17 years. A Baker College graduate, she’s dedicated to helping pets live long, healthy lives as beloved family members. She’s also a passionate advocate for animals who can’t speak for themselves.

Outside of work, Danielle loves camping with her husband and two kids, crocheting, and visiting schools with her therapy dog, Mabel.

Carrie brings six years of experience and a deep passion for both animals and their people. After attending Central Michigan University and graduating from Baker College, she found joy in building strong client relationships and educating pet owners.

Carrie enjoys life with her husband, Mason, and their dog, Ethel. She also loves reading, traveling, and attending concerts.

Megan is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Science with hopes of becoming a veterinarian. She brings a kind, gentle approach to every patient and pet parent.

Megan enjoys listening to vinyl records, playing the cello, reading, and exploring nature on bike rides and walks.

With over 4 years of hands-on experience, Devan is passionate about understanding the unique needs of every patient and delivering compassionate care. She is currently pursuing her veterinary technician certification through Penn Foster.

When she’s not working or studying, she enjoys running, reading, and being outdoors with her family.

Sierra brings a heartfelt approach to her work, caring for each patient as if they were her own. A University of Michigan–Flint alum, she also fosters cats, loves doing crafts, and spends time with her two dogs, Cherry and Millie.

Hannah, a graduate of Saginaw Valley State University, strives to ensure every pet feels safe and receives the kind of care she’d want for her own. Her free time is filled with concerts, fishing, travel, and relaxing outdoors with her family, two dogs, and three cats.

Lexie is the warm voice that greets many of our clients. A Western Michigan University graduate, she prides herself on being a supportive, empathetic presence for pet owners during stressful times. In her free time, she enjoys painting, cooking, traveling, and relaxing with her two beloved cats.

With six years of experience, Emily focuses on making every visit and call as easy and positive as possible. She loves helping clients navigate their appointments with care. Outside the clinic, she enjoys shopping, going to concerts, and walking her dog Judy Queen.
